I am an IT-Professional for more then 44 years and work with VMware Products since 2001. As a graduated electrical engineer i entered the IT-Business 1976 working in early Mainframe Datacenters. After my military service in the German- and US-Navy i joined Digital Equipment Corporation as a trainer for storage subsystems, operating systems and computer architecture. Since 1991 i am self employed and most of the time taught storage and cluster subjects. I completed my VMware Trainer Certification in 2009 and since then i teach the official VMware datacenter virtualization courses in EMEA. I work as an independent trainer and consultant for VMware, VMware Authorized Training Centers, VMware Partners and End Customers mostly in the german speaking part of europe.

In addition to various vendor certifications i hold the Datacenter Virtualization Certification VCP3,VCP4,VCP5,VCP6,VCP65,VCP-2019,VCP-2020,VCAP-DCV as well as ITIL V3.
